Colin Fay, RESPEC

About Us

Colin Fay is a lifelong member of the Chugiak-Eagle River community. His first involvement with the Chamber was with the 2001 Bear Paw Festival where he wandered by the office and volunteered to help. From there he went from being a kid in a costume to running events and helping organize the festival. Through his community service, Coin was elected to the Board of Directors, elected as Vice President, and now President-Elect. Colin's focus is to promote quality growth and development of the Chugiak-Eagle River community and making our hometown the best place to live, work and play.

Colin is employed with PDC, Inc. Engineers since 2008 and is part of the leadership team. He provides design services on a variety of projects including heating, ventilation, mechanical cooling and fuel systems. He brings specialized expertise to the fields of energy audits, sustainable design, and LEED credentialing. Coline has two separate LEED-AP certifications (BD+C and O+M) as well as a certification as Certified Energy Auditor. These are in addition to his state Professional Engineering license. Colin brings engineering approach to sustainable design which focuses on reliable, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions supported through life-cycle cost analysis.
