The Chugiak Eagle River Chamber of Commerce is proud to bring the community four annual events that promote visitation, drive economic growth, and encourage locals to shop and support businesses and organizations in the area.

Spring Into Summer Expo
This event showcases all the local area has to offer during the summer season. Expo includes summer employment opportunities, activities and attractions, summer camps, sports and recreation, and much more.

Bear Paw Festival
This annual event takes place the weekend after Fourth of July in downtown Eagle River. Featuring events like the parade, Slippery Salmon Olympics, Teddy Bear Picnic, Human Foosball, and the Bear Paw Beer and Music Festival, this is a must do every summer. Visit our large vendor court, food trucks, and carnival rides for a weekend you won't forget!
Merry Merchant Munch
This holiday favorite is a family friendly excursion through the Chugiak - Eagle River area featuring local businesses and organizations gearing up for the season.
You'll find decorations, treats, and activities throughout the community - along with stamp locations for entry into prize drawings. Shop and support local this season!
