About Us

I have been in the cake business for over 30 years in such roles as baker, pastry chef, cake designer, and bakery manager.?Just like others with a tradecraft skill I was asked by friends and family to design and make wedding, birthday, corporate and anniversary cakes outside of my regular working hours. Loving what I do, I easily found time around my work schedule to help out. But as my friends and family passed on my name to their friends and friends of friends, I found that my free time was disappearing. It was then that I decided to start Lesley?s Cakes.?Starting Lesley?s Cakes has been one of the best experiences of my life. I have been able to incorporate all my past experiences into a single, fun, and exciting job!
